Paul S. Fellenbaum, M.D. received his BA in Biology at the University of Vermont in 1980, his MD at the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1987, completed his ophthalmology residency at The University of North Carolina in 1991, and completed a two year fellowship in glaucoma at The Doheny Eye institute at the University of Southern California in 1993.

He was in private practice in Raleigh, North Carolina from 1993 through 1997, then moved to Albany in 1998 to take over at Glaucoma Services for Pei Fei Lee, who retired that year.
